I HAVE OWNED THIS BOARD FOR ALMOST A YEAR. IT IS EXCELLENT. LARGE ENOUGH FOR A TURKEY YET PRACTICAL FOR GRILLED STEAKS AND CHOPS. THE SURFACE COLLECTS JUICES AND THE ITEM IS DISHWASHER SAFE.
