The Epicurean Carving Series is designed specifically for carving roasts and fowl. A unique diamond studded surface holds the meat in place while you are cutting. An inner juice trough will contain much of the juice and an outer juice groove will prevent the rest, up to 2-cups, from reaching your countertop. This surface is designed specifically to fit most dishwashers to make that big clean-up a little bit easier.

Excellent product. I have one of these cutting boards already and decided to get a carving board for my husband. They are exceptionally easy to clean and there is no odor transfer.

I HAVE OWNED THIS BOARD FOR ALMOST A YEAR. IT IS EXCELLENT. LARGE ENOUGH FOR A TURKEY YET PRACTICAL FOR GRILLED STEAKS AND CHOPS. THE SURFACE COLLECTS JUICES AND THE ITEM IS DISHWASHER SAFE.
